THE PRESS understands that an incident is currently ongoing at Dunfermline's Tesco Duloch.
A video that has been circulating on social media shows the store filled with thick smoke as members of the public continue to shop.
One member of the public, who was at the store, said that they understood that the smoke was from an anti-theft device at the cigarette counter and that the general public was still being permitted into the shop.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has no record of this incident on file.
