A WEST FIFE comic book store is set to host a signing of the Still Game graphic novel.
Little Shop of Heroes on Dunfermline's Maygate will welcome artist Gary Welsh, comic script writer Dan McGachey and editor of the comic, Gordon Tait to the shop for a day of sketching and signing.
Gordon told the Press: "Being a Kirkcaldy lad, Little Shop of Heroes is my local comic shop and I always enjoy a trip through to spend some time, and money, there.
"So, it is a real treat for myself and some of the team behind the Still Game comic book to celebrate the launch with a wee book signing this Saturday.
"We'll be sketching and signing all day and can't wait to introduce folks to the all-new cartoon incarnations of Jack and Victor in what we hope will become a long-running series of books released annually.
"We've even got 6ft high cardboard cutouts of the cartoon characters in the store, so people can come and get a photo with them and buy some comics... any comics... and enjoy a visit to one of the best comic shops on the planet... ever!"
The event will take place on Saturday, September 21 from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm.
