Comedian Lucy Beaumont is set to perform in Dunfermline as part of her live tour.

The BAFTA nominee and star of Taskmaster will bring her show to Carnegie Hall on Thursday, November 28.

Known for her 'off-beat stories' and 'unusual anecdotes', Lucy promises a unique take on modern-day womanhood.

The comedian, who co-hosts the podcast Perfect Brains with Sam Campbell, is also the creator and star of Meet the Richardsons, alongside her now ex-husband, Jon Richardson.

Her credits include appearances on The Wheel, Have I Got News For You, Celebrity Bake Off, Would I Lie to You? and The Last Leg.

Lucy's comedy career has seen her win The BBC New Comedy Award and the Chortle Award for Best Newcomer.

Her debut Edinburgh show, 'We Can Twerk It Out', earned her a nomination for the Foster’s Newcomer Award.

She is also known for her work on BBC Radio 4’s To Hull and Back.

Doug Taylor from Mint of Montrose, the show's promoters, said: "We are absolutely thrilled to be bringing Lucy Beaumont’s hit stand-up tour up to Dunfermline.

"Lucy is such a huge comic talent.

"Her hilarious show is a must-see for comedy fans looking for their next big laugh theatre night out."

Tickets for the show are on sale now and can be purchased on Mint of Montrose's website, in person at the venue, or by phone.
