KELTY HEARTS have bolstered their squad by announcing the signing of a midfielder from the Scottish Premiership.
Hibernian youngster, Jacob MacIntyre, has arrived at New Central Park on loan until January.
The 18-year-old has been part of the Easter Road club's youth ranks since the age of nine, and was part of their team that won the CAS Elite Under-18s League, and who competed in the UEFA Youth League, beating teams such as Molde and Nates, before going head-to-head with German giants Borussia Dortmund.
MacIntyre has been training with the Edinburgh club's first team squad regularly, and made his senior debut for them in March, during a 3-0 win over Livingston.
He has now joined Michael Tidser's side, who sit fourth in League One, just two points behind early leaders, Queen of the South, who they travel to on Saturday.

If he makes his debut at Palmerston, MacIntyre could face his older brother, Oscar, after the 19-year-old left back joined the Doonhamers on a season-long loan, also from the Hibees, during the summer.
"We would like to welcome Jacob MacIntyre as the latest addition to the New Central Park squad," Kelty Hearts stated.
"The 18-year-old joins the club from William Hill Premiership Hibernian on a loan deal until January 2025.
"Midfielder Jacob made his first team debut for the Easter Road side in March when he came off the bench in a Premiership encounter with Livingston. He also has international honours having represented Scotland at under-16, under-17 and under-19 age levels.
"We would like to thank Hibernian for their assistance in getting this deal concluded before the loan window closed."
MacIntyre is not the first Hibernian player to join Kelty Hearts on loan.
Defender Kanayo Megwa, who is currently on loan from the Easter Road side to Partick Thistle, spent the latter part of the 2022/23 season at New Central Park, whilst Reuben McAllister, who is currently on loan to fellow League One side, Cove Rangers, spent the second half of last term with Tidser's outfit.
Speaking to his club's website, Hibernian's sporting director, Malky Mackay, said: "This is Jacob’s first loan move away from Hibs and will provide him with a number of new experiences, which will aid his development.
"As a young player he will now face of the physical demands of men’s football week in, week out, and grow personally being introduced into a new environment and dressing room.
"I’d like to thank Kelty Hearts for the smooth loan process, and we will be closely monitoring Jacob’s progression over the next three months."
