A senior partner has retired after 34 years of service at a Dunfermline accountancy firm.
Andrew Croxford joined Dunfermline-based Thomson Cooper as an audit partner in 1990 after spending four years at a global accounting firm.
He was the "main driver" in the development of the firm's audit division, and was appointed head of audit.
In 2021, he was appointed as senior partner following the retirement of David Walker.
In his career, Mr Croxford was involved in numerous committees and roles, including serving on the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland Audit Registration Committee and Church of Scotland Audit Committee.

He was also actively involved in many charitable and community organisations, including as chairman of the Carnegie Dunfermline Trust and Carnegie Hero Fund Trust.
He said: “I will remain in the role of Managing Partner and take over the main leadership responsibilities going forward.
“The business continues to grow and evolve, and we are proud to remain as an independent practice with the many benefits that delivers to clients."
Alan Mitchell, managing partner at Thomson Cooper, said: "Andrew has made a significant contribution to Thomson Cooper spanning several decades.
"During his years as senior partner, Andrew has navigated the firm through many challenges, including the pandemic.
"His commitment to clients, staff and the overall development of the firm has been outstanding.
"He will be greatly missed and we wish him a long, happy and healthy retirement."
