A TEENAGE drug-driver from Dunfermline was caught by police in the early hours of the morning.
Ryan Westbrook, 19, of Braemar Gardens, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, representing himself.
He admitted that on 11th March in Queensferry Road, Rosyth, he drove a car while over the limit for cannabis.
His level was 2.9 microgrammes of THC, the limit being 2.0 microgrammes.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said the offence came to light after Westbrook was stopped by the police at 12.45am and the officers could smell cannabis.
Sheriff Garry Sutherland imposed a one-year driving ban and fined Westbrook £210.
