A documentary chronicling the Burning Cities tour of punk band Skids is to be screened at Fire Station Creative tomorrow (Thursday).
Directed by Colin and Laura Graham, the film offers a glimpse into the band's rise to fame in the 1970s, featuring interviews with frontman Richard Jobson and other former members including Bruce and Jamie Watson, bass player Bill Simpson and drummer Mike Baillie.
Mostly shot in Dunfermline pre-pandemic, the documentary highlights the band's influence on global icons like U2 and Green Day.

It also includes backstage footage and interviews with fans and local people.
The screening, with doors opening at 6.30pm and the film beginning at 7pm, will also showcase the experiences of singer-songwriter Martin Metcalfe (Goodbye Mr Mackenzie & The Filthy Tongues) and producer Youth.
