A West Fife takeaway could be soon under new management after the leasehold was put up for sale.
Dalgety Fish Bar, located on Moray Way North, currently has its leasehold available for purchase.
The business benefits from Class 3 hot food consent and is fully fitted. It has customer parking, a lease term of 15-21 years, and rent is £18,000 per annum (£346 per week).
The shop is open seven days a week and is 654 square feet. The price for the leasehold will be provided upon asking.
