A NEW luxury hot chocolate business has been launched in Dunfermline.
It was founded by newlyweds Derek Walker and Martin Rae, who also have The Wee Tea Company.
They told the Press: “We've always had a passion for really good hot chocolate, and it all started during a memorable birthday trip to Paris.
“That experience ignited our love for finding the finest ingredients to craft something special using real chocolate flakes.
"After years of running The Wee Tea Company, we felt it was time to bring our new love for hot chocolate to life, and thus, Chevron Hot Chocolate was born!”
The duo have been actively working on their new business for the last couple of years. They’ve been busy researching the best cocoa and refining recipes.
They added: “We wanted to offer something for everyone while still keeping things adventurous. We experimented with a wide variety of flavour profiles and got instant feedback from family and friends to refine the selection.”

Currently they have 15 flavours including Peppermint Dream, Milk Truffle, Whisky Shot, Chilli Choc, and more.
Speaking on their favourite flavours, they added: “That’s a tough one! We both have our personal favourites, but for Derek, it's the decadent Dark Raspberry, and for Martin, the Rum Caramel hot chocolate always hits the spot.”
Their current focus is on providing a great online hot chocolate experience at their website, but they are open to exploring different wholesale opportunities.
“We’re working on making Chevron Hot Chocolate available through The Wee Tea Company as well. It's another way to make it easier for our loyal customers to enjoy both tea and hot chocolate.
“You can try many flavours of our luxury hot chocolate at the Fire Station Creative Dunfermline, to warm up this winter.
“We are also proud to announce that The Chevron Chocolate Collection is now available to purchase locally at the amazing local deli Must Be Crackers, High Street Dunfermline, so pop in and support an amazing local business in the town.” They said.
