A driver has been fined after a two-car crash on a busy west Fife road.
The incident happened at around 7pm last night near Valleyfield, with reports that emergency services were attending a multi-vehicle crash on the Oakley Road.
Police have confirmed that two vehicles were involved on the A985 crash and that one driver was issued with a fixed penalty notice as a result.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7pm on Thursday, 17 October, 2024, police received a report of a two-vehicle crash on the A985 near Valleyfield. One driver was issued with a fixed penalty notice and the road was cleared around 8.15pm.”
Police say they do not have any information as to whether anyone was injured during the incident.
