A DUNFERMLINE store has had to close its doors after a "rodent" was spotted in the shop.
The Morrisons Daily on St Andrews Street closed their doors on Tuesday to allow for pest control to come and carry out work in the store.
A sign left on the front of the shop read: "This store will be closed Tuesday 15th October to Thursday 17th of October.
"Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience caused."
A Morrisons spokesperson confirmed: "The store team has requested a visit from pest control following reports of an isolated incident.
"All procedures have been followed and the store remains closed while the work is being carried out."
The store has now reopened.
