A Kincardine man caused a disturbance after being punched in a local pub then struggled violently with police.
Richard Watling, 41, of Sandhouse, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court for sentencing.
He became involved in a row after losing his mobile phone in the pub.
He admitted that on July 26 at The Bridge Bar, Keith Street, Kincardine, he shouted, swore and acted aggressively.
He then resisted four police officers, struggled violently and refused to enter the back of a police van.

Depute fiscal Catherine Stevenson said Watling was in the pub at around 7pm when he discovered he had lost his phone.
He then became embroiled in an altercation with another customer and was punched before being pushed out of the premises.
Watling then caused a disturbance at the pub door trying to get back in and the police were called.
When officers arrived, they saw Watling “had a bloody nose and was heavily under the influence of alcohol”, added the depute.
He began struggling violently with officers and on the way to the police station was repeatedly making threats.
Sheriff Krista Johnston fined Watling £320.
