FIFE Conservative and Unionists have selected David Ross to contest the West Fife Villages By-Election.
David, 47, was previously a councillor in the Dunfermline South ward between 2017 and 2022.
Commenting on his selection, he said: "I am delighted to have been selected to fight the By-Election in the West Fife Villages.

“I am told people voted for change when they elected the Labour government in July this year. However, I don’t imagine they expected a government which has stumbled from one crisis to another, or if you are a pensioner that you expected the unwelcome removal of the winter fuel allowance for the vast majority.”
The election, which is taking place after the resignation of Cllr Graeme Downie following his election as MP for Dunfermline and Dollar, is due to take place on November 28.
