ANOTHER successful night in the Glen saw Dunfermline Soul Club raise more funds for Aberlour Children's Charity.
This time, the group raised a whopping £2280 for the charity, which included a generous donation from Micky McNeill, one of the regular attendees.
Ian Parker, who also organises the event, told the Press: "This takes the group's running total to just under £175k for local worthy causes from The Robert Henryson School to Seal and the Mary Leishman Foundation- to mention just a few.
Next year, the club will celebrate 50 years since their first event in the Northern Roadhouse, and to mark the occasion they will be running several events.
Ian continued: "Ronnie Cowan, one of the original DJs, will be doing a guest spot in the Glen on March 15, followed by Kenny Burrell making a comeback spot on May 24 in the British Legion club.
"The climax to the year will be the appearance of the UK's premier soul band 'Soulutions' on October 18, in the Glen. They have released several CDs/LPs to critical acclaim and have their own Facebook page to enable you to see them live on stage.
"All in all 2025 promises to be quite a busy year."
