A RANGE of new homes aimed at first-time buyers have been released at a Rosyth housing development.
The properties are being built by Avant Homes Scotland on its £43.8m Stewart's Quarter development which will see 170 houses constructed.
Located off Admiralty Road, the 16.5-acre development comprises a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes and features 13 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house styles.
Avant say homes ideal for first time buyers range from the three-bedroom semi-detached Douglas house style priced from £244,995 and the three-bedroom detached Elmwood which starts at £249,995.

Additionally, selected plots also come with a range of incentives including up to five per cent deposit paid and integrated appliances and flooring included.
