A tribute to The Beatles is heading to Dunfermline for a show to celebrate the band's greatest albums.

The Mersey Beatles, a Liverpool-born tribute to the iconic band, have delighted fans worldwide for 25 years and will perform at Carnegie Hall on November 29 as part of their UK tour.

The show will celebrate the 60th anniversary of The Beatles’ 1964 movie and album, A Hard Day’s Night.

The band, who have performed sold-out shows around the world, will take the audience through the psychedelic brilliance of Sgt Pepper, and celebrate The Beatles' later work with songs such as Revolution, Get Back, and Hey Jude.

Steven Howard, who plays Paul McCartney, said: "We had an incredible show at Carnegie Hall in 2022 and we can’t wait to be back on November 29.

Mark Bloor as John Lennon (Image: RML) "It’s going to be a brilliant night when we will be celebrating 60 years of A Hard Day’s Night.

"It’s going to be an incredible show and one we know Beatles’ fans will love."

On stage, the band, who this year tour the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, and Australia, exude the inner and outer spirit of the real thing, from the costumes, instruments, Scouse charm, and, of course, that unmistakable era-defining Mersey Beat.

Mark Bloor, who plays John Lennon, said: "Together with the 60th anniversary of A Hard Day’s Night this year is the 25th anniversary of The Mersey Beatles – so it’s a double celebration."
