A Dunfermline woman repeatedly made bogus 999 calls.
The phone pest was Elaine Mackie, 61, of Mackie Place, who has submitted a guilty plea by letter at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
She admitted that on 29th May at her home, she repeatedly called the 999 emergency service when there was no emergency.
Sheriff Derek Reekie deferred sentencing until 15th November for Mackie to be present in court.
