A 39-year-old man was armed with a Stanley knife when he made threats in Dunfermline High Street.
William Bell, of Alexander Place, Rosyth, previously admitted that on June 2, 2022, at the High Street, he repeatedly removed a knife from his pocket and threatened a man.
He also admitted he was unlawfully in possession of an offensive weapon, a Stanley knife.
Bell was due to be sentenced at Dunfermline Sheriff Court but did not turn up and Sheriff Susan Duff granted a warrant for his arrest.
