A 46-year-old Kelty man caused disturbances on two occasions with his aggressive behaviour.
Patrick Kenny, of Croall Street, admitted that on February 14 at Calaiswood Crescent, Dunfermline, he shouted, swore, acted aggressively towards a female and repeatedly struck his own mobile phone with a staple gun, causing it to smash.
He also admitted that on November 18 last year, at Keltyhill Avenue, Kelty, he attended at a man’s home, shouted, acted aggressively, repeatedly made threats of violence towards him and repeatedly kicked a door.
Kenny did not turn up for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court having contacted his solicitor to say he was ill.
Sheriff Susan Duff deferred sentencing further until November 27.
