AN ARRAY of spooky shocks and surprises was on offer for anyone who braved the Galloween fundraiser in Dalgety Bay.
The event, jointly run by the Dalgety Bay and Hillend Gala committee and local guides saw nearly 2,000 people come along to the attraction held in the woods along the coastal path in the town.
The route started off with family friendly areas which included marshmallow toasting, mummy section, day of the dead, spiders, ghosts, pumpkins, Adams family spa area and facepainting before the path split off giving participants a frightening choice.
They could take the path of the Galaweenie family friendly route or head along the Route of Terror which was brought to life by actors from Dalgety Players dressed as zombie's, clowns and hospital patients.
Entertainment was also provided by the Robertson Dance Academy and the Zodiac School of Dance.

Katy Stollery, who helped with the organisation, said the day was a great success.
"We had incredible feedback with the volunteers – particularly at the exits – saying they heard so much amazing feedback with people saying "it was incredible", "best Halloween event ever!" and that "the attention to detail was incredible"," she added.
