A Dunfermline duo have raised £2570 for Diabetes UK.
As previously reported in the Press, Tanya Hedges and Alan Martin were each walking one million steps between July and the end of September to fundraise for the charity.
Through doing this and the 62 miles in October challenge, the pair have raised £2570 which still might go up a little higher.
Alan, who is originally from Ayrshire but has lived in Dunfermline for the last three years, got involved as his wife, Jane, was diagnosed with type one diabetes when she was 40.
Tanya who is a "Dunfermline girl born and bred" was also diagnosed with type one diabetes when she was just seven years old, and the pair work together at Juniper Wine Café in the city.
