A Dunfermline man caused a disturbance at a local bar and then struggled with police.
The culprit was Robert Gillies, 33, of Shields Road.
On January 21 at the Brass House, Carnegie Drive and at Shields Road, he acted aggressively, repeatedly shouted, swore at police officers, made threats and racial remarks.
At Shields Road, he resisted two police officers and struggled with them.
Gillies failed to appear for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court and a warrant was granted.
