A man has been arrested after reports of a sexual assault on a Dunfermline bus.
The bus was spotted pulled over at the city’s Queensferry Road last night (Sunday, November 10), amid a heavy police presence around the vehicle.
Officers have now confirmed that a 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged after the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 7.40pm on Sunday, 10 November, 2024 officers attended a bus in the Queensferry Road area of Dunfermline following a report of a sexual assault.
"A 34-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He's due to appear in court at a later date."
