BALLET dancers from across Fife and Edinburgh will take to the stage in Dunfermline next week for their annual production.

The Fife Ballet Company will put on The Sleeping Beauty on November 23 and 24, following on from their near sell-out performance of The Nutcracker last year.

Led by Alice Mackinnon and boasting participants from all over Fife and Edinburgh, rehearsals have been taking place all year and costumes and sets have been hand crafted by the local community.

Alice said they were excited to be working alongside MM Sound and Lighting Ltd to bring their classical production to life with sound, lighting and effects as well as Studio 1 media who will be recording the production.

"The passion shown at each rehearsal is indescribable," she said. "These ballet dancers are going to put on an unmissable show."
