An Inverkeithing man, who snapped his partner’s phone and punched a door during a disturbance, has been put on a non-harassment order.
Leon Cuthbertson, 25, of Spittalfield Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court for sentencing for an offence committed more than two years ago.
He previously admitted that on April 18, 2022 at Leighton Street, High Valleyfield, he acted aggressively towards his partner, repeatedly shouted, swore and made offensive remarks.
He repeatedly punched doors within the property, seized her mobile phone, broke it in half and made threats of violence.
He also damaged property by punching a door.
Sentencing had been deferred and after hearing Cuthbertson had been staying out of trouble recently, Sheriff Krista Johnston admonished him.
However, she imposed a two-year non-harassment order.
