It was a festive afternoon out in Dunfermline city centre on Sunday, as the streets were flooded with Santas.
The Santa Dash was held on the High Street, with plenty of participants coming together to get the city into the festive spirit.
It all came as part of the annual Christmas lights switch-on, which brought huge crowds to the city centre.
Now in its fifth year, the event was organised by the Rotary Club, and Sunday's event had a record number of participants with 186 people of all ages taking part, double the number from 2023.
All participants had a fun warm up at the car park at Malcolm Jack and Mathieson, before doing a conga up to the start point.
They then ran down the High Street from Marks and Spencers to the Louise Carnegie gates.
Once in the Glen, over 75 participants then took part in the 5k circuit around the park.
Event organiser for Dunfermline Rotary Club, Ian Wilson, said “ We are absolutely delighted with the record- breaking turnout this year.
"We run this as a community event so to see the sheer joy on peoples` faces when they were running down the High Street was an absolute delight.
"What a way to get into the Christmas spirit!”
