NINETIES dance act N-Trance and the Red Hot Chilli pipers helped get Dunfermline festive at the annual Christmas lights switch-on.
Crowds flocked into the city centre for an array of seasonal activities taking place throughout Sunday.
A range of performances took place throughout the afternoon from local groups and an artisan craft market and a funfair was on offer as part of the build up.
The fun included the traditional Santa Dash, a parade down the High Street before city of Dunfermline area committee convener, Councillor James Calder, carried out the official role of turning the lights on.
