A singer-songwriter described as "one of the most genuinely striking voices that Scotland has ever produced" is set to perform in Dunfermline.

Ayrshire musician Matt Scott will take to the stage at the Fire Station Creative on Sunday, December 1, with doors opening at 5pm.

He will perform a selection of classic soul and rock numbers, as well as tracks from his own album, As It Was When It Happened.

Tickets cost £5 and can be bought from the café or on Eventbrite before.

Ian Moir, venue director, said: "His voice is deeply satisfying and authentic.

"When I heard Matt sing, I knew we had to book him for our audience at the Fire Station."

"We’re also offering our guests a free glass of Prosecco or a bottle of beer upon arrival.”
