Scottish band Tide Lines will be playing in Dunfermline as part of their Homeward Bound tour.

The band, known for their blend of folk and indie rock, will perform at the Alhambra Theatre on November 28.

Doors open at 7pm and tickets are priced at £29.50.

The gig comes as they prepare to play to 14,000 fans during their upcoming tour.

As their popularity continues to rise, Tide Lines have announced the release of their fourth studio album, 'Glasgow Love Story', set to be released on April 25, 2025.

The record will be released under their own Tide Lines Music label.

Robert Robertson, vocalist and guitarist said: "We’re absolutely delighted to be announcing our fourth album, ‘Glasgow Love Story’.

"We started the band in Glasgow back in 2016 and, since then, this amazing city has been a constant influence on our music and our lives - not to mention playing host to some of our favourite ever gigs.

"So I guess it was only a matter of time before our adopted hometown inspired a Tide Lines album."

The band, which also features Ross Wilson on keyboards, Fergus Munro on drums, and Alasdair Turner on guitar and bagpipes, recorded their upcoming album in their studio on the Isle of Mull.

The studio is a converted church where Mr Wilson used to attend Sunday school.

The songs were penned by Mr Robertson and produced by Mr Wilson with the band.

'Glasgow Love Story' will be available for pre-order in CD, vinyl, cassette, and digital formats, and the album will feature their recent singles, 'Cherry Blossom Sunset' and 'Homeward Bound'.

The Dunfermline performance is part of a busy year for Tide Lines, who played 14 UK festival dates over the summer.

They have also completed the stripped-back 'Elements' tour, which included a London show at Union Chapel, as well as dates in Denmark, Germany, and The Netherlands.

The band have already been announced as one of the first to play at the 2025 Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival.

Their success so far includes chart success for their 2023 album, 'An Ocean Full of Islands', which reached number 13 in the UK, number one in Scotland, and number two on Independent Albums.
