More than 80 delegates attended Scotland's Cruise Conference 2024 in Dunfermline.
The event was organised by Cruiseforth, which promotes opportunities in Dunfermline, Edinburgh, and East Central Scotland to cruise ships calling at ports on the Forth and Tay.
The conference, titled "What Works for Tourism," was held at the Glen Pavilion on November 21.
Attendees, including port managers, shore excursion companies, and tourism bodies, discussed the 2024 season and future plans.
Guest speakers shared insights into the growth of the high-end expedition ship market, the benefits of partnerships, and community engagement with cruise tourism.
Cruise line representatives also shared their priorities for successful calls.
Cruiseforth was founded by the Dunfermline and West Fife Local Tourism Association in 2011 and now have 50 volunteers that help welcome people to the Dunfermline area.
Peter Wilson, of Cruiseforth, said: "This is the sixth annual conference that we have delivered, and it felt right to host it in Dunfermline, Scotland’s newest Capital City, and an increasingly popular destination for guests arriving at Rosyth and indeed South Queensferry.
"As each cruise itinerary will involve other ports in Scotland, it is important that the opportunity is taken to share knowledge and experience of approaches that work best to achieve success from the arrival of international tourism, to create the best experience for the visitor, and the maximum benefit for local businesses."
