A DUNFERMLINE-based window company is set to go out of business after an application for it to be struck off and dissolved was lodged.
Transparent Windows Ltd, which has premises on the Pitreavie Industrial Estate, submitted the application to Companies House.
It stated: "The registrar will proceed unless there is reasonable cause not to, and on dissolution any assets remaining in the company will be passed to the Crown."
