A local campaigner is hosting a charity ball in aid of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society Scotland, and Press readers are in with a chance of winning tickets to the event.
Diane Steedman has held several fundraisers for the charity over the years after her husband, Ian, was diagnosed with MS in 2018.
MS causes your immune system to attack your nerves, and this causes a range of symptoms including issues with vision, tiredness, and walking problems.
According to the MS Society, there are over 17,000 people with MS in Scotland.

The charity ball will be Diane’s biggest event yet, where there will be a drinks reception, three-course gala dinner, entertainment by Scotland Rocks, and the chance to win some great prizes!
Now, five pairs of tickets for the ball are up for grabs!
To be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets, tell us how many people are living with MS in Scotland?
Send your answer, along with your name, phone number, email address, and address to editorial@dunfermlinepress.co.uk.
Entries close on Thursday, September 26 at 10am.
The charity ball will take place on Saturday, October 5.
The evening starts at 6.30pm in the Carnegie Conference Centre.
