PLAYERS young and old can pick up their racket and step onto the court when Dunfermline Tennis Club serve up their annual open day.
The Bridge Street venue will host the event on Saturday April 13, from 12-3pm, and anyone who has an interest in the sport is welcome to attend.
As well as tennis, cardio tennis - which, according to the LTA (Lawn Tennis Association), provides a tennis workout with "great music" in a "fun, sociable group fitness class" - and pickleball, a sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis, which can be played outdoors and indoors, will be available to try.
There will be opportunities to speak with coaches and committee members, as well as taking part in fun sessions throughout the day, and equipment will be provided, with refreshments also available throughout.
