A ROSYTH gymnastics club is leaping for joy after four of their members were crowned the best of British.
Twenty competitors from Acrobay headed south to Stoke to face top-scoring partnerships from each region of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
And they were feeling champion after duo Rebecca Rippin and Sara Ksiazkiewicz, and the pairing of Scarlett Anderson and Luna Stevenson, both won gold at the NDP British Finals.
Acrobay head coach Suzanne Fraser said: “The atmosphere at the finals is always electric because every gymnast there knows they have already pushed hard and performed to the best of their ability to qualify.
“Just walking out to perform in front of the big and loud crowd is an achievement. Ending up in the top half of the scores is fantastic and to win a podium place is brilliant.
