PARS strike star Chris Kane has said they "can't switch off" following their win over Livingston and need to make sure they carry it on.
The former St Johnstone hitman returned to the team for Tuesday's game, having missed the weekend defeat at Falkirk with a "wee niggle" picked up in training, to bag a brace in Athletic's 3-0 victory.
In what was only the team's second win of the Championship season, Kane took his goal tally for the campaign to four - all of which have come in his last four outings.

Partick Thistle, against whom he netted when they lasted came to KDM Group East End Park in April, are the visitors on Saturday, and the 30-year-old has targeted giving the fans both another positive result and performance.
"We want results as well. We don’t want to be playing well and losing every week," Kane said.
"We want to win games, that’s what you want to do as a footballer. That was probably one of our best performances. We took the goals well and defended brilliantly at the other end of the pitch.
"It’s a great result but it’s just a start. We need to kick on.

"We have another game coming quick and fast which could be good for us.
"It will be another tough game, like every game in this league. We can’t switch off, we need to keep going.
"We were delighted with the performance. We’ve been working hard for weeks now and feel like the performances have been there, but the results haven’t.

"Against Livingston, we showed just how good we can be. We got our goals and it was a massive result for us. Hopefully we can push on from it.
"We knew Livingston were undefeated and it would be a tough game, but we had a game plan and stuck to it. I thought every single boy on the pitch was immense.
"Credit to everyone. We did our jobs and thankfully got that win."
Kane, who said it was "the right thing" for him to not risk playing against Falkirk and potentially face longer on the sidelines, admits that his confidence is high after his Livi double.
And he believes that the strength of Dunfermline's squad, with injuries having cleared up, will stand them in good stead moving forward.
"I had a wee niggle in training last week which kept me out of the Falkirk game. I could have pushed it and maybe got there but me and the manager decided it was probably the right thing not to," he continued.
"I know myself, with the amount of injuries I’ve had, that I could be out for longer if I pushed it, so it was the right decision to keep me right. I trained every day after that and feel good now.
"The two goals will give me the world of confidence. I want to score goals, it’s what I want to do. Getting that brace against Livingston will hopefully get me flying.
"We had a few injuries at the start of the season. I got injured along with a few others. It’s hard to get going.
"But, when you look at the squad, when you see the bench we had against Livingston, it’s as strong as it could be. Anyone left out could have started.
"It’s a really strong squad. The boys who are playing just need to keep producing performances like that to stay in the team and the others will work hard in training to try and get in the team.
"It’s given the manager a lot to think about. That’s what you need in a squad which needs to do well."
