Some walking football sessions are being piloted in High Valleyfield.
The free sessions are being hosted by CRT Game On Active and will take place at the High Valleyfield Astro Pitch, on Wednesday mornings from 10am to 11.30am.
Game On Active aims to improve physical, mental, and social wellbeing.
Another aim is try and promote an active lifestyle through these sessions which can provide health benefits.
The session will include walking football, followed by a coffee and cake session.
